Usage Terms

Songs, music collections, and sound effects collections are all LICENSED to you, not sold to you. Since a variety of licensing is available, please be sure to review and select the correct license for your needs.

Licenses may not be transferred to another party.

All efforts have been made to fairly explain each product and product potential. Although each product can help you earn more, no guarantee can be made as to how much you will earn by selling these audios. No actual earnings claims are made. How much you earn depends on how much, and what kind of action you take. Actual earnings and results claims will be verified upon request. Individual results will vary based on factors over which we have no control. Therefore we cannot guarantee your income with the use of our products. All information is provided as is and is to be used in accordance with local regulations.

Each music collection and sound effects collections have samples that you may listen to prior to placing your order. Please review these samples.

Payments and Refund Policy

We offer payments executed by third party online retailers including PayPal and 2CO. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into the payment processor's systems only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Your credit card details are not disclosed to us. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) is not stored on our servers.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Prices for products offered may change at any time, and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund or exchange. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by us.

If you have inadvertantly purchased a duplicate product, please let us know (via the help desk) as you may be able to obtain a substitute product of similar value.
