License Summary:
One personal-use license (sub-license) may be granted to your business partner, jv partner, or freelance video developer, per song or collection. The license cannot be transferred.
For each business partner and/or video production company a license application must be completed.
A sub-license is NOT required if your partner is in the same location as YOU. The sub-license assigns to you the right to share the music file with your partner or freelancer.
Use this order form for a collection where you have ALREADY ORDERED your license.
To qualify, you'll need a Production Studio Expanded Use License order higher (for the song or collection that you are applying for).
A sub-license is granted only ONCE per song or collection.
Please have the following details handy:
- The Song or Collection Title
- What License level did you order?
- Date of your order (can be confirmed here)
Please note that a personal-use license may not issue a sub-license.
