By ordering and using this Royalty-Free Music you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: COPYRIGHT MATERIAL The music in this collection is proprietary and copyrighted. This copyright is protected under U.S. and International copyright law. Ginny Culp grants special permission and reserves all rights, except for those specifically granted by the license agreement below. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT The sounds, samples, music tracks and loops in this collection are licensed to you, not sold to you. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. Only the original purchaser of this collection has a legal right to sell these sounds, samples music tracks and loops. Additional sub-licenses must be obtained prior to distribution of these music tracks to your business partner or video producer. This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Ginny (Virginia) Culp. Please read this agreement carefully before using the product. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must return the product unused. By using any part of the Data, you are agreeing to the following terms: All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, renting, uploading, file sharing or Unauthorized trading of this content (or any part of this content) is prohibited by international copyright law. We will not hesitate to take legal action against any person or company that fail to adhere to the terms of this agreement. All music contains a copyright which is included as both a copyright license file, and also embedded as meta tags into the MP3 files. These copyright notices cannot be removed. Tracks cannot be edited or changed (this includes the name of the track or the name of the file). In short, rights cannot be transferred. The Data (music files) may not be transferred to third parties through the use of on-line services, networks, email or FTP. 4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ginny Culp for any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use of the Data for any unlawful, unauthorized or prohibited purpose. 5. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the Data or a copy thereof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by you), to another person or company unless that person or company is also a licensee of this product. 6. This audio may be utilized for any commercial use except television broadcast and cannot be given away, resold, or repackaged unless it is synchronized as part of a new audio product (for example a podcast intro, or an e-book). The rights granted by this license are limited to synchronization and mechanical. All other rights, including ownership remain with Virginia Culp. TELEVISION BROADCAST: If your production is scheduled for TV broadcast a cue sheet must be completed and submitted to the broadcaster. The track title, composer and duration must be listed. Royalties from public broadcast are paid by the broadcaster to the performance rights society. You are responsible for filing only.
