Ownership License (Standard): Terms & License

This is an exclusive, transferable license agreement between you and Ginny Culp.

Only ONE license per song or collection is available.

With this license, sales and marketing (by me) of the particular song or collection will cease. You will have exclusive ownership of the recording masters and publishing.

When marketing and selling the song or collection you will be able to set your own license terms for resale or the end user licensing. This will NOT void all licenses currently active for those that have already been purchased, but will either RETIRE the package from my collection, or all future revenues will go directly to you.

With the one exception listed above, all restrictions are lifted and it becomes a "do what you want" license.

The music in this collection is proprietary and copyrighted. This copyright is protected under U.S. and International copyright law. Ginny Culp grants special permission and reserves all rights, except for those specifically granted by the license agreement below.

MUSIC OWNERSHIP LICENSE AGREEMENT

The sounds, samples, music tracks and loops in this collection are SOLD to you, not LICENSED to you.

All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. Only the original purchaser of this collection has a legal right to sell these sounds, samples music tracks and loops.

[N/A] You may request a sub-license for your business partner or video producer who is creating a video production for YOU
[YES] You can sell videos and audios that contain these music tracks as background music or effects
[YES] You can store these music files on an FTP server
[YES] You can sell the music (a personal use license)
[YES] You can repackage the audios with another product of similar or greater value
[YES] You can offer the audios as a bonus to a paid product of similar or greater value
[YES] You can include the music to a paid membership site
[YES] You can rebrand the music "private labeled"
[YES] You can sell the resale rights
[YES] You can include the audios to a free membership site
[YES] You can give away the music
[YES] You can sell the audios in auction sites
[YES] You can edit the audios, isolate sounds or loops to create new "remixes" or "loops" for the purpose of resale.
[YES] You can convert the file to another digital file format prior to selling
[YES] You can split the package into smaller "mini" packages
[YES] You can convert MP3's into other digital music formats (such as WAV format or AIFF format) for the purpose of resale.
[YES] You can retitle the song (although not recommended)
[YES] You can claim ownership of masters and publishing.
[YES] You can remove the meta data from the MP3's (such as copyright notice) prior to selling
[YES] You can also download and sell high resolution audio tracks such as WAVS or AIFFS
[YES] You can edit the music for the purpose of creating a preview of the track for online use - i.e. make a sample file
[YES] You can sell online as a digital download
[YES] You can sell online as a physical product (such as DVD or CD)
